Patient with traumatic loss of helical rim. Reconstruction using conchal cartilage graft from the contralateral ear and post-auricular skin flap. Shown pre-operatively and 1 year post-op. (patient required steroid injection treatment for keloid scarring 6 months and 3 months prior to final photo)

Recurrent basal cell cancer following Mohs excision. Underwent wide excision with frozen section pathology and reconstruction of right ear.
